Role

Role is to maximise the sales of the Cronulla Sharks Hospitality Program.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting new leads
  • Sale of match day corporate hospitality throughout the domestic NRL season 
  • Hospitality database management using the Clubs CRM
  • Reporting into the Hospitality Sales Manager on lead generation, sales timelines, and progress to targets
  • Working with the Hospitality team on hospitality-related marketing activities
  • Assisting in the implementation of functions on match day 

Outcomes

  • Achieving weekly prospecting targets
  • Achieving overall sales targets
  • Growing The Sharks customer base and contacts in all markets
  • Contribution and feedback to continued development of the Sharks Hospitality Program
  • Strong relationships with clients and potential clients
  • Ability to contribute to hospitality products and pricing analysis. 

Pre-requisites

  • Strong communication skills, passionate, ethical
  • Proven track record of sales performance
  • Can do attitude, resilience and drive to succeed
  • Very strong verbal communication skills
  • Well presente
  • Computer literate - Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
  • Autonomous self-starter
  • Demonstrated Tele-sales experience
  • Experience in working worth an online based CRM 

There will be some amount of matchday weekend work you will need to have the a ability to attend evening network events when required
